In tune with the world order, the liberalized policies adopted by the Government of India during the late 20th century ushered in a new era of private participation in the domains of infrastructure and construction. And in this brief history of time lie the seeds of the inception of SVAS parent company, SSR Crest Engineers and Constructions Limited, which traces its roots to its formation in mid 1990s.
The spark of a brilliant vision of Mr. Ch. Shyam Sunder Reddy, a Civil Engineer, heralded the creation of “SSR Crest Engineers and Constructions Limited” (formerly “Crest Engineers and Contractors”) way back in mid 1990s for construction of state roadways, ROBs and RUBs. In the same league, SVAS Infra Projects Private Limited was incorporated for construction of Multi-lane Highways, Bridges, Irrigation, Hydro Power, and Residential & Commercial Complex projects.
Nature has been the best friend to man from millions of years. In today’s world where most of the medicinal products and fertilizers are derived from chemicals, SVAS Biotech Private limited has been established to produce the same from nature thereby contributing a small part in the protecting our mother earth.
Characterized by strong determination and dedication to the profession, Mr. Shyam Sunder Reddy has rendered a solid foundation to SVAS group of Companies. Under his able guidance, his principle of “Commitment to Quality” is carried out with precise practical effect throughout the group.

Managing DirectorMr. Shyam Sunder Reddy Started as an assistant engineer at Spectra engineering way back in 1984. His interest for developing infrastructure, and encouragement from his well wishers gave rise to his first infrastructure firm “SSR Crest Engineers and Constructions Pvt. Ltd.” in 1990. From there on he went on to build many roads, buildings, warehouses, and irrigation projects successfully. Today, he runs the roads and infrastructure development business on the name of SVAS Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. He staunchly believes in quality, and hard work in whatever endeavours he takes up.

Mr. Chandra shekhar Yadav started his career as a lecturer in biosciences. Due to his immense desire for entrepreneurship, and high technical knowledge he started producing bio products under the name of Excel Bio products. After being successful in his path, he has joined the SVAS team to lead, and to achieve new heights in the field of bio-sciences. He has acquired rich experience in manufacturing and marketing of Bio-products. His expertise is mainly in Nutraceuticals, Bio-fertilizers, Bio-pesticides, Pro-biotic Products, and Microbial enzymes.

Chief Finance officer
Mr. Sastry joined as an assistant to a charted accountant at the beginning of his career. His immense appetite to learn and grasp knowledge made his financial management skills very strong, and innovative. With more than 35 years of experience he has been a big support to Mr. Shyam Sunder Reddy’s career right from the beginning. Today, with his outstanding managerial skills in finances he stands as a back bone to all the SVAS group firms.

After graduating from engineering management course, he decided to be a part of SVAS team by offering his services in management and marketing. Today, Mr. Vikas reddy heads the real estate, and housing division of SVAS infra projects Private Limited. The group of companies have witnessed growth and evolution through his fresh energy and ideas. His creative strategies have further boosted the company sales in the real estate and housing department.
